A complete event app live in 20 days — with no compromise on quality.

Twenty days to stand up the full digital experience of a major market forum. The focus was agility without giving up quality: a to-the-point app with an interactive agenda, a speaker list and direct WhatsApp networking. It was so well received that it earned a second version, with a photo gallery and facial recognition so each attendee could find their own pictures automatically.

§ 03Context

How it was run.

The deadline was the enemy: twenty days to deliver the digital experience of an entire event. In that scenario, the temptation is to promise everything and ship an app that freezes on the big day. We did the opposite — we cut to the essential. Interactive agenda, speakers, sponsors, fast login, and one feature that truly mattered: direct WhatsApp networking between attendees.

Why it worked

Prioritizing the essential isn't delivering less — it's delivering what creates value first. The light, mobile-first navigation let the app run at an event with 700+ active attendees, and what we heard most was about how easy it was to use and to connect with other professionals.

What came next

The success of v1 pulled in a v2: a gallery with all the event photos and facial recognition so each person could find their own images automatically and securely. Delivered again in record time, expanding post-event engagement — AI applied where it creates real experience, not where it looks good in a demo.
