These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and NOUS TECNOLOGIA DA INFORMACAO LTDA, a Brazilian private legal entity registered under CNPJ nº 34.915.614/0001-15, headquartered in Porto Alegre, RS, Brazil.

The Site is intended to present Noûs services and facilitate contact with prospective clients. Users may:

  • Browse public content for informational purposes.
  • Fill out contact or job application forms with accurate data.
  • Interact with the conversational agent (/site-agent) to learn about Noûs services.
  • Share Site links on social media or other platforms.

3. Prohibited use

The following are expressly prohibited:

  • Using the Site for illegal, fraudulent, or rights-infringing purposes.
  • Attempting to gain unauthorised access to Noûs systems, servers, or databases.
  • Automated scraping or mass data collection without prior written authorisation.
  • Submitting false or misleading information.
  • Using the conversational agent for off-topic, abusive, or bad-faith purposes.
  • Reproducing, modifying, or distributing Site content without written permission from Noûs.

4. Intellectual property

All Site content — including texts, logos, the Noûs brand, source code, design, illustrations, geometric assets, and the conversational agent interface — is the exclusive property of Noûs or its licensors, protected under Brazilian Copyright Law (Lei nº 9.610/1998) and industrial property legislation.

No Site content may be reproduced, distributed, transmitted, displayed, or commercially exploited without prior written authorisation from Noûs.

5. Data protection and privacy

The processing of users' personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, drafted in compliance with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD — Lei nº 13.709/2018).

By filling out forms or interacting with the conversational agent, you consent to the processing of the data provided for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy. You may revoke consent at any time by emailing dpo@nous.biz.

6. Conversational agent (/site-agent)

The conversational agent on /site-agent is powered by third-party language models (via OpenRouter) and is intended solely to answer questions about Noûs, its services, philosophy, and case studies.

Generated responses are informational in nature and do not constitute a contractual proposal or legal, financial, or any other regulated professional advice. Noûs is not liable for decisions made based solely on the agent's responses.

Conversation history may be used to improve the service, subject to the limits of the Privacy Policy.

7. External links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites (e.g. MetaAgent, DarkStudio, LinkedIn, Instagram). These links are provided for convenience only. Noûs has no control over those sites and assumes no responsibility for their privacy practices or any other aspect.

8. Limitation of liability

The Site is provided “as is”, without guarantees of uninterrupted availability or freedom from errors. To the fullest extent permitted by Brazilian law, Noûs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Site.

Noûs reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Site, in whole or in part, at any time and without prior notice.
