The country's largest finance academy needed to scale 100% digital, without depending on off-the-shelf tools or building an internal tech team from scratch. Over four years of partnership, we built a proprietary ecosystem — e-commerce, web LMS, mobile apps and a management system — and structured a technology team that operates 17 applications on AWS. § 03Context

How it was run.

The client didn't want another vendor: it wanted to stop depending on off-the-shelf tools and loose hires to run its digital operation. The goal was a 100% proprietary ecosystem — and scaling that with no internal tech team is exactly the kind of thing that separates those who talk from those who deliver.

How we tackled it

We started with deep immersion in the business and its internal processes. We structured the navigation flows for a fluid, scalable experience, created interfaces that reinforce the brand and usability, and implemented the solutions with a focus on performance, stability and data integration. In practice: a full-stack e-commerce in Laravel with payments and funnels, a web LMS (classes, mock exams, reports), a mobile app with offline access, and a gamified mobile app — the financial market's technical content turned into a game, which passed 35k+ downloads and became a channel for learning and lead acquisition.

What changed

We structured a technology team of 12 specialists operating 17 applications on AWS, with data intelligence from the conception of each product. Student CFP® pass rate rose from 30% to 48% — against a 15% market average. LMS retention grew 55%. And annual revenue jumped from R$1.2 million to R$16 million. Tailored technology that held up under growth, instead of getting in its way.
