How we tackled it
We started with deep immersion in the business and its internal processes. We structured the navigation flows for a fluid, scalable experience, created interfaces that reinforce the brand and usability, and implemented the solutions with a focus on performance, stability and data integration. In practice: a full-stack e-commerce in Laravel with payments and funnels, a web LMS (classes, mock exams, reports), a mobile app with offline access, and a gamified mobile app — the financial market's technical content turned into a game, which passed 35k+ downloads and became a channel for learning and lead acquisition.
What changed
We structured a technology team of 12 specialists operating 17 applications on AWS, with data intelligence from the conception of each product. Student CFP® pass rate rose from 30% to 48% — against a 15% market average. LMS retention grew 55%. And annual revenue jumped from R$1.2 million to R$16 million.
