Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Digital Project Manager to join our team in Porto Alegre. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and managing digital projects from inception to final delivery, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet our clients’ needs.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead complex digital projects from conception to final delivery.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders.
- Define scope, schedule, budget, and resources required for each project.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and develop mitigation plans.
- Ensure effective communication between the project team and clients.
- Utilize agile methodologies to optimize processes and ensure efficiency in project delivery.
- Stay updated with digital market trends and incorporate best practices into projects.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing digital projects.
- Proven experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in project management tools (Clickup, JIRA, Trello, Asana, etc.).
- Fluent in English.
Nice to Have:
- Project management certifications (PMP, Scrum Master).
- Experience in sectors such as e-commerce, fintech, or healthtech.
- Knowledge of UX/UI design and software development.
- Proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
