Redesigning the studio's operational architecture, increasing production capacity, and creating a data-driven culture that optimizes the use of technical and human resources.

Development

We began with a deep discovery phase. We structured allocated technical squads, redesigned data flows with middleware for integrated reporting, created an analytical layer to connect Oracle, Wrike, and performance tools. We increased the technical team from 3 to 15 professionals in a retainer model and introduced agile practices into the day-to-day operation.

Conclusion
