We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Digital Project Manager to join our team in Porto Alegre. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and managing digital projects from conception to final delivery, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet our clients' needs.

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated, multi-tasking developer who knows how to work in a team to create and improve features in our large-scale products. If you are proficient in ReactJS, SPAs, RESTful APIs, JWT authentication, build tools like Webpack/Babel, and have experience with HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and Git in agile teams, this position is for you. What We Offer

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital project management.
  • Proven experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (Clickup, JIRA, Trello, Asana, etc.).
  • Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and lead complex digital projects, from conception to final delivery.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders.
  • Define the scope, schedule, budget, and resources needed for each project.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and develop mitigation plans.
  • To ensure effective communication between the project team and the clients.
  • Utilize agile methodologies to optimize processes and ensure efficiency in project delivery.
  • Staying up-to-date on digital market trends and incorporating best practices into projects.

  • Escrever código limpo e de alta qualidade com otimo desempenho e de facil manutenção.
  • Desenvolver e dar suporte ao software incluindo aplicações, integrações a bases de dados, interfaces e novas melhoras em funcionalidades diversas.
  • Ser capaz de integrar novo código em funcionalidade já existentes mantedo a objetividade e os padrões de código existentes.
  • Suportar o time de Analisde de Qualidade durante os testes e acompanhar a entrega em produçåo do código desenvolvido.

Qualifications

  • 2 a 3 anos de experiencia da área
  • Experiência com ReactJS (Flux, Redux, React Context, e Core)
  • Experiência em Aplicações SPA (Single Page Applications)
  • Familiaridade com APIS RESTful APIs e sockets
  • Experiencia com mecanismos modernos de autenticacao como JWT
  • Familiaridade com ferramentas e pipelines de build de aplicações frontend
  • Familiaridade com bibliotecas comums de build como Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc
  • Experiência com HTML5/CSS/JS
  • Experiência em Controle de Versionamento com GIT
  • Experiência com equipes e metodoloigas de desenvolvimento ágeis
  • Habilidade de organizar priorizar suas próprias tarefas de trabalho
